Control Oversize Before It Controls Production
An oversized rock at the primary crusher can interrupt production well beyond the loading area. The WL3000 tackles that risk before material enters the plant, integrating scalping into the working cycle of a purpose-modified mining loader. Screened material moves forward while oversize is retained for separate handling. This gives operators greater control over plant feed without routing every load through a separate screening installation—helping reduce avoidable stoppages, limit rehandling and keep downstream equipment supplied. It’s screening engineered into the loader, with benefits that extend throughout the production circuit.
[ THE ADVANTAGE ]
Integrated Scalping, Smoother Production
The WL3000 transforms a mining loader into a fully integrated screening and scalping system.
By separating oversize during the loading cycle, it helps prevent crusher blockages and keeps material moving without the need for a separate scalping plant.
Keep Oversize Out of Your Crusher
Scalp material at the ROM before oversized boulders enter the crushing circuit, helping prevent costly blockages and protect downstream equipment.
Up to 3,000 Tonnes per Hour
Mining-scale throughput built for demanding production targets, with processing capacity dependent on material density.
Fully Integrated. Not an Attachment.
A purpose-engineered loader conversion brings scalping into the loading cycle, creating one integrated material-handling and processing system.
Heavy-Duty Performance. Simple by Design.
No chains, belts or internal moving parts in the screening chamber, with robust engineering built for continuous-duty mining operations.
Move With Your Production
Take scalping from ROM pads to stockpiles without installing fixed screening infrastructure or dedicated conveyors.
[ FIELD RESULTS ]
The WL3000 transforms a large mining loader into a purpose-built mobile scalping system, with screening engineered into the machine itself. Developed as a complete loader modification and integration—not a conventional attachment—it brings high-volume material processing directly into run-of-mine operations. Oversize is separated at the loading stage, helping prevent problematic material from reaching hoppers and primary crushers. By combining scalping and loading in one integrated platform, the WL3000 can reduce double handling and reliance on separate screening infrastructure while supporting a more consistent feed to downstream plant. The loader’s mobility allows the system to move with changing stockpiles and production requirements. For mines where oversize interruptions affect the entire processing circuit, it’s a targeted approach to controlling feed size before it becomes a production problem.
