There are two main methods of clearing landmines using a flipscreen. One is to use bull dozers to wind row or stockpile suspect material followed by a flipscreen on a loader, working its way though pile – creating cleaned and removing ordinance.
The other method is to scoop an area directly in front of the loader, then reverse and the clean material is screened directly back into the hole. Repeat this process by moving forward and scooping again.
