Scoop. Screen. Place. Repeat.
The screening cycle
1. Scoop: Fill the bucket from the stockpile, the dig face or the ground.
2. Screen: The hydraulically driven screen rotates, letting fines fall through the apertures while oversize stays inside.
3. Place: Swing over a truck, trench, bed or stockpile and screen the fines exactly where you want them.
4. Tip: Dump the oversize (rocks, roots, rubble) in a separate pile, then go again.
What powers it
FlipScreen runs from your excavator's auxiliary hydraulics. The Smart Valve system regulates pressure and flow so the screen runs smoothly and consistently without complicated set-up. It's plug and play: connect it and go.
The parts that make the difference
Interchangeable screens: Change apertures to suit the material and the product you need.
Brush kit: An optional brush keeps the mesh clean when screening wet or sticky material.
Rotating action: Material is tumbled rather than violently shaken, which helps separation and avoids pounding your machine.
Common questions
Do I need a special excavator to run FlipScreen?
You need an excavator with auxiliary hydraulics. The Smart Valve system manages pressure and flow, making it plug and play on suitable machines. Talk to the FlipScreen team about the right model for your excavator.
Can I screen directly into a truck?
Yes. Because you screen while the bucket is in the air, you can place fines straight into a truck, trench or stockpile.
Why FlipScreen is the best choice
