FlipScreen’s EX190 is a heavy-duty screening bucket built for large excavators up to 50 T, delivering high-volume material separation with maximum durability on demanding sites.

The FlipScreen EX190 is built for heavy excavators working at the serious end of mining, quarrying, major infrastructure, demolition and bulk earthmoving. Larger than the EX144, it is intended for substantial material volumes and demanding applications where screening needs to keep pace with a powerful carrier.
Overburden, quarry material, rock-laden soil, clay, gravel, aggregate, road base, crushed concrete and heavy excavation spoil can be processed directly at the face or stockpile. Valuable product is recovered, oversize material is isolated and each material stream can be placed exactly where it needs to go.
