There are screening buckets. And then there’s FlipScreen.
Engineered in Australia and trusted across demanding industries worldwide, FlipScreen has challenged the limitations of conventional screening equipment from the very beginning.
Where others rely on complicated internal mechanisms, fixed screening systems and equipment that demands compromise, FlipScreen takes a fundamentally different approach.
More capability. Less handling. Greater versatility.
From fine soil to reinforced concrete, from fertiliser to demolition waste, FlipScreen is engineered to perform where conventional screening solutions can struggle.
This isn’t simply another attachment for your machine. It’s a different way of processing material.
Discover what sets FlipScreen apart.

No complicated internal screening mechanisms. No unnecessary material handling. Just intelligent engineering doing what it was designed to do.

Scoop It. Screen It. Move It. Load It.
A screening bucket shouldn’t stop being useful the moment you finish screening.
FlipScreen retains the practical functions operators expect from a conventional bucket, allowing them to scoop, transport, screen and discharge material using the same attachment.
Its enclosed, bucket-style base helps retain material during transport, unlike open screening arrangements that can allow material to escape before screening even begins.
That means operators can collect material from one location, move it around the site, process it where needed and load the result directly into a truck, bin or stockpile.
Selected FlipScreen models can also dig into previously unexcavated ground, reducing the need to swap attachments simply to gather material for processing.
One attachment. Multiple jobs. Less double-handling.

Screening surface area — WL180
Approximately 73.2 ft² of working screen.
Every Rotation Counts.
Screening performance isn’t just about how fast an attachment moves. It’s about how effectively material interacts with the available screening surface.
FlipScreen’s rotating action continually redistributes material across its mesh, giving material repeated opportunities to pass through the selected aperture.
And with substantial screening surface areas across the range, FlipScreen is designed to process large quantities of material efficiently.
For perspective, the WL180 wheel loader screening bucket features approximately 6.8 m² (73.2 ft²) of screening surface area.
That is a serious amount of working screen.
Rather than depending on a small section of mesh or forcing material through internal mechanisms, FlipScreen puts its screening area to work.
More effective screening. More productive machine time.

The Job Doesn’t Stop at the Waterline.
Some materials need more than dry separation.
FlipScreen’s sealed drive systems allow suitably configured units to operate underwater, opening up applications that extend well beyond conventional dry screening.
By operating within water, FlipScreen can function as a mobile washing and screening solution, helping separate unwanted fines and clean material directly at the worksite.
For industries handling wet, muddy or waterlogged materials, this offers another level of flexibility.
And when the environment becomes chemically aggressive, specialist configurations such as FertScreen introduce construction material components and sealing arrangements intended for highly corrosive applications, including fertiliser and salt.
Different conditions. Different challenges. One adaptable screening system.

Specialist FertScreen
Corrosive materials require a configuration selected for the application, including specialist FertScreen options where suitable.
Wet & mixed material
Wet, abrasive and mixed feed streams call for the right mesh and accessories. Brush-kit options can help keep mesh clear in wet applications.

Break It Up. Mix It Up. Get More Done.
FlipScreen’s unique action does more than separate material by size.
As material is lifted, inverted and dropped within the bucket, the repeated movement can help break apart clumps and loosen compacted material, improving the screening process.
And the same underlying design offers another surprising capability.
By replacing the screening mesh with a purpose-designed mixing plate, compatible FlipScreen attachments can be converted into mobile concrete mixers.
No separate dedicated mixing attachment required.
It’s another example of why FlipScreen is more than a conventional screening bucket.
One innovative design. Multiple practical applications.
Break apart clumped material
The rotating action can help separate clumped material as it moves around the bucket. Results depend on the material and its condition.
Add a mixing plate
An optional mixing plate allows compatible models to perform concrete-mixing operations. Confirm the attachment configuration and operating procedure before use.

Less Setup. More Screening.
Every carrier machine is different.
Hydraulic pressures, flow rates, machine sizes and operating characteristics can vary considerably, making attachment compatibility a costly and frustrating challenge.
FlipScreen’s innovative Smart Valve technology is engineered to accommodate a range of hydraulic operating conditions, helping the attachment achieve appropriate screening speed and torque without requiring extensive hydraulic modifications.
Its controlled operation provides smooth acceleration and deceleration, while reducing the complexity involved in setting up compatible machines.
For operators managing multiple carriers, that flexibility can mean less workshop time and more productive hours on-site.
Intelligent hydraulic control. Built into the attachment.
Controlled motion
Managed acceleration and deceleration support a smoother screening cycle.
Hydraulic adaptability
Match the system to the carrier’s hydraulic characteristics and approved attachment requirements.
Simpler connection
Reduce setup complexity on compatible machinery, with suitability confirmed for the model.

Engineered for the Machine Carrying It.
A screening attachment is only as useful as the machine operating it.
Oversized attachments, unrealistic load ratings and poorly matched combinations can compromise performance, stability and operator safety.
That’s why FlipScreen has developed an extensive range of attachments designed around different carrier types, operating weights and real-world applications.
From compact machines to heavy industrial wheel loaders, FlipScreen focuses on matching screening capability to the equipment doing the work.
Every combination should account for attachment weight, material density, load capacity and carrier operating limits.
Because a bigger bucket isn’t always a better bucket.
The right attachment. The right machine. The right result.

Durability Isn’t an Optional Extra.
Heavy equipment works in difficult environments. Screening attachments should be built with that reality in mind.
FlipScreen combines robust fabrication, high-tensile components and a straightforward mechanical design to deliver equipment intended for demanding, long-term use.
Its lack of internal moving screening shafts reduces the number of components directly exposed to abrasive and tangled material.
On models equipped with reversible, bolt-on cutting edges, worn edges can be replaced in the field without the need for extensive cutting and welding.
Specialist configurations extend those capabilities into particularly harsh industries and operating environments.
These aren’t features designed merely to look impressive on a specification sheet.
They’re practical engineering decisions that matter when equipment is expected to keep earning its place on-site.
Built for hard work. Not just the demonstration.

From Everyday Earthmoving to Extraordinary Challenges.
The true measure of an attachment isn’t how it performs in perfect conditions.
It’s what happens when the material is unpredictable, the environment is harsh and the work cannot afford unnecessary interruptions.
FlipScreen technology has been deployed across applications ranging from construction and landscaping to mining, recycling, demolition and specialised material recovery.
Its capabilities have also supported highly specialised operations, including humanitarian demining and the separation of hazardous debris under controlled operating procedures.
This breadth of application reflects the versatility of the underlying engineering.
Few screening challenges are exactly alike. FlipScreen was designed with that reality in mind.
One technology. An extraordinary range of applications.
